What We Need From You
Profile
All guest are required to have a customer portal account. Please see the link below to create an account if you do not have one. You can email to ensure we have a spot. BUT we cannot reserve your pet a suite unless you have created a profile. *2 day minimum charge for boarding*
Vaccination Requirements
Whether coming in for daycare or boarding ALL dogs need to be up to date on vaccinations. We like to make sure the dogs were given the vaccinations at least a week before their reservations. We will need a copy of vaccinations, you can EMAIL them to us at lindsey.runningacres@gmail.com.
Required Vaccinations: Bordetella, Rabies, & Distemper
*These vaccines should be administered 2 weeks prior to your pets reservation*
Cancellation Policy
All reservations during peak period (spring break week(s)/holidays or bookings that are longer than 7 days are required to pay 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Peak periods/Holidays require a 7 day cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit and a 100% charge of your bill.
Peak period/Holidays: New Years, Spring Break Week(s), Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Week, Labor day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas Week.
Pricing
Prices are per day with the acceptation of not being charged for a full day Monday's if picking up at 8am due to office being closed on Sunday's.

FOOD
Running Acres does NOT provide food for your pets. We require you to bring your own food. If your dog runs out, we will purchase and charge accordingly.
MEDICATION
If your dog receives medication our staff here at Running Acres is able to give medications as needed. We ask that medications is in the prescription bottle and dosage directions are clearly listed.
EXERCISE
All dogs are let outside to potty and play at least 3-5 times a day, weather permitting. No matter what suite you choose your dog will get equal play time. All boarding dogs have access to daycare play well they are here. If you choose to have your dog in alone play it is $15 extra per day. Alone play allows your dogs the same amount of time outside just alone with a staff memeber.
Please note that there is a 7.00% processing fee for all Credit and Debit cards.

Any Drop Offs or Pick Ups outside of times must be approved if not a late fee will be charged

Due to the rising costs of supplies, utilities, and daily operations that are affecting many small businesses, we will be raising our prices effective November 1st 2026.Our website will be updated soon with the new rates.
